Founded by Liam Caulfield and Emma Thelwell, Connect Talent Group combines hands-on recruitment expertise with a partnership mindset shaped by years of delivering embedded and partnership solutions.

Having worked closely with growing businesses and national brands alike, we saw first-hand how traditional agency models often miss the mark, prioritising speed and volume over quality and understanding.

We created Connect Talent Group to raise the standard of recruitment, which client and candidates deserve.

Emma Thelwell is the Founder and Director of Connect Talent Group and a highly experienced leader in partnership recruitment, known for building strong client relationships and delivering effective talent solutions.

Emma works closely with organisations to understand their hiring needs, providing a professional and reliable service across both recruitment and pre-employment screening. She is passionate about delivering exceptional service, doing things the right way, and takes great pride in maintaining high standards in everything she does.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children. She is the manager of her daughter’s netball team and an occasional player herself, and also regularly attends her local gym.
